“I need a break.”

“This is too much.”

“I’ve had it.”

“I just need this to be over now.”

“When is this going to end?”

“I just can’t handle this.”

“I don’t have time for this.”

These are a few thoughts that were shared with me this week as we go through the COVID-19 experience.

Totally normal that our brains are freaking out right now, maybe yours is too!

We can let it have its moment without taking action from it, without buffering and without making any of those thoughts take root or have any meaning.

Then, from our pre-frontal we can decide how we want to show up for this experience.

What thought do we want to entertain?

What emotion will be a better fuel source for action that we want to take.

We get to decide how we will go through this experience.
