1. Gratitude

I know, I know, that’s what everyone says.  It’s totally true!  It is literally impossible to be in a bad mood or put off a negative vibe when you are being grateful for what is presently in your life. Spend two minutes writing down things that you are grateful for every day, and you will feel uplifted instantly. If you can’t think of anything, write down your top 5 memories of experiences that have brought you joy at various points in your life.  2 minutes people…come on!

2. Get More Sleep

People devoted to mastering high performance take time to rest.  Not only will you feel more energized, but also you would have surrendered enough to let go of your frustrations.  You will feel uplifted and vibrant in no time!  High performers need their sleep!

3. Drink More…water!
Drinking plenty of water throughout your day raises your vibration. It helps to eliminate toxins from your system and also hydrates your body so it feels energized and less prone to lethargy. You will feel clearer when you wake up each morning as your energy builds momentum.

4. Get Your Nature On
Being with nature grounds you.  Being in dirt and leaves and flowers and trees is the cure for any bad vibe hanging around you.

5. Get Rid of Stuff That Does Not Serve You
It’s time to clear the clutter out of your life. Empty out all of your drawers and cupboards. Sort through all of your belongings and decide what you are going to either sell or give to charity. By getting rid of the old you are making way for new and exciting things in your life.  We are spending a lot of time in October working on this very thing…don’t miss it!

6. Shake Your Groove Thang
The body releases happy hormones when you exercise. It is a fabulous way to feel good about yourself, and when you feel good about yourself it clears the path to attract more good into your life.

7. Love…all you need is love
Tell all of your friends and family that you love them.  Expressing love boosts your vibration at an incredibly accelerated pace.  Don’t believe me?  Try it!

8. Meditate – Don’t stop reading here… 🙂
This is where blogs like this lose me but hang with me…there are so many ways to meditate. It does not have to me sittign cross legged on the floor burning incense…you know what I mean.  One of the most effective methods of meditation is to just surrender as if you are going to sleep. This is where you tap into Alpha (level of brain frequency) and your vibration is in alignment with the flow of the Universe. Yikes!!!  THat sounded woo but there is science, I promise.  Remember: it is a very personal experience between You And The Universe so cherish the revelations and inspired thoughts that you receive during your quiet reflective times.  Here is how I think about it…when I want to talk to God, I pray.  When I want to listen, I meditate.  Cool huh?

9. Visualize Your Future Self
The pointof this exercise is to tune into the vibration of the reality you want to create for yourself, the Universe sees your intent. It can feel how GREAT you feel about living the life of your dreams, so  it will present you with the appropriate opportunities to follow and eventually create, invite or attract your result.

10. Write + Journal
Attracting, creating and inviting the life of your heart’s desire is all about the connection between your thoughts and your feelings. If you are feeling great vibrationally then it is a winning plan to give you what your heart desires. When your thoughts and feelings are penned to paper they are prone to creation and attraction at an accelerated pace.
