Self Limiting Beliefs

I will always be broke.

I will always be fat.

I am ugly.

I am unlovable.

I can’t get ahead.

He’s an idiot.

He’s a jerk.

No one cares about me.

I’m not worthy.

My kids are rude.

I hate my life.

I am so unlucky.

I can’t…

I don’t know…

What thoughts do you have that don’t server you?

What results are you experiencing right now that you want to change?

Changing your results start with changing your thoughts.

It’s not easy, but it is that simple.

Our thoughts trigger our feelings and our emotions becomes fuel for our actions or non-actions, and that my friend, is how we end up with the results that we end up with.

So, what thoughts do you have that don’t serve you?

It’s time to retrain your brain to think thoughts that serve you.

  • Make a note in a journal every day when you think a thought that doesn’t serve you.  How does this thought align with what you want?  Does it?
  • Get curious about it. Where does it come from?  Why are your thoughts out of alignment with what you want?
  • Write down a thought that does serve you and look at it every day or until that old thought is gone.
  • Focus on what you want
  • Align what you want with what you believe about what you want
  • Take massive action

Now go be a thought thinking, goal getting,  goal digger!
