What Do You Think?

There is so much freedom in knowing that you don’t need anything or anyone outside of you to experience whatever emotion you want to experience.

Truth, all emotions are available to you at all times. It starts with a thought, that is it!

It is that simple!  It’s just not easy.

You don’t need to:

  • consume anything
  • buy anything,
  • play anything,
  • be with anyone,
  • be buzzed on booze or,
  • stuffed with food

If you are struggling with the emotions that you want to feel, it’s time to look at a few things.

1. What are you thinking?
2. Does your thought support the emotion that you want to feel?
3. What are your results?
4. Are you happy with the results?
5. Do you want different results?

It starts with a thought!
